Jessica Kooris is a project manager with Vita Nuova and brings 12 years of experience providing project management, real estate feasibility studies and market research.
Ms. Kooris has extensive urban, suburban and regional planning experience with a strong understanding of the technical and political processes concerned with the development, design and use of land and the built environment.
Ms. Kooris is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and is passionate about process improvement and clear and open communication. Ms. Kooris holds a Master’s Degree in City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in Community and Economic Development and was the recipient of the Ann Louise Strong Leadership Award. She received a Bachelor of Science in Geography and Regional Development with a minor in Sociology with a certificate in Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ. She is a member of Gamma Theta Upsilon the Geography Honor’s Fraternity.
