The property owner is embarking on an Expression of Interest (EOI) process to identify parties interested in the redevelopment of this industrial site in New Castle County, Delaware. The EOI is a multi-step process designed to identify experienced, financially sound, and capable developers, development teams, or end-users with a vision for an enduring and sustainable reuse of the property.
Interested parties are invited to submit an Expression of Interest outlining a conceptual approach to site redevelopment, along with a qualifications package demonstrating experience and financial capacity for the successful acquisition and future use of all or a portion of the property.
The EOI process is a confidential one that will take place in late 2015 through early 2016. All interested parties will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement in order to participate.
